I haven't been to a dentist for years through fear after a previous experience, but I was made to feel relaxed and reassured during my visit. The clinic is very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. And my procedure was done professionally with no issues. Thank you.

Hygienist
My first visit to the hygienist. I’m a very nervous patient so I was looking forward to it. The hygienist was very nice and friendly and put me at ease. I won’t be worried about going again.

Impressions have always been exceptional with their treatment, I suffer with a very poor gag reflex and they are consistently patient with me, always try to help me remain relaxed. The work they have done helping maintain my dental health is excellent, I would recommend impressions to anyone.

Hygienist visit
Julie the Hygienist understands that I’m a nervous patient and is very reassuring. I never feel rushed during my treatment. I’m grateful for all the advice on getting the best from my brushing etc at home. Thank you.

This is a very professional dental practice. I always receive the best dental care. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. I think this is by far the best dentist I have ever had, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Impressions to anyone.

Went today for a consultation and advice regarding my dental condition and what my options were going forward. As usual received with courtesy, Sam gave me the options I could take and on my making a decision I was given a treatment plan and cost on the spot. Could not ask for a better practice in all respects.

Excellent experience as always
As a past very nervous patient, I now have no issues going to my appointments be it with Sam my dentist or Julie the lovely and friendly hygienist.
Both have helped me overcome my paralysing phobia with their patience, kindness and support. I now have a smile I’m proud of.
Don’t put a visit off if you are frightened, just talk to the receptionists, you won’t look back.

Peace of mind
After being put off and scared of any dentist for years, the team at impressions have been absolutely wonderful over the last 4 years! I now have total confidence in their care of my teeth and gums, I can almost say I look forward to going to my appointments! I would gladly recommend the team to anyone. Very impressed with the level of care I’ve received from Impressions.
At every stage during my considerable “journey” of necessary treatment I’ve found them both professional yet friendly and approachable. Everything has been clearly explained and discussed thoroughly with me.
