Implant

My implant journey began 10 months ago, with initial discussions, tests, and checks with Sam and Rob.
Both were extremely professional, competent and very helpful during this time, with Rob even providing a direct number to call if any initial issues arose at any time.
The procedures were pain free and very manageable from my perspective. The equipment is all high tech and both were very caring in their treatment.
My implant tooth was finally put in place yesterday and I really am very pleased with it.
Yes it is expensive but I am now able to chew on both sides (instead of one!).
I would certainly highly recommend both Rob and Sam at Impressions.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, especially me. I have a bit of a phobia and have, until recently avoided going. I discovered impressions and have never looked back. They listen to my fears and concerns, explain everything clearly and take time with my treatment. I would recomend them to anyone. Keep doing what you are doing, brilliant !!

Very friendly and professional service. Excellent work and I felt included and listened too at every stage as Sam explained what my options were and what he was doing. I'm very happy with the work done as, indeed, I have always been with all the dental treatment I've had at Impressions.

Caring, kind and considerate dentist

My experience with Impressions at Kimberley is very positive. Claire was a very caring, kind and considerate dentist. A definite must if nervous of visiting the dentist.

My new teeth are superb! They just look like my teeth, which is a lovely feeling when I smile now no one knows anything was ever missing. Great treatment as always, very friendly staff always there to help. Always with a smile.

Excellent dentist and staff

After not visiting a dentist for several years I chose Impressions as my wife was so impressed with them. She was completely phobic and hadn’t been for 30+ years, but they have cured her phobia and she now has a beautiful smile after having braces.
I was apprehensive, but needn’t have been. I’ve had root canal ( from an old abscess) which wasn’t a painful treatment after being numbed. I’d previously discomfort at my previous dentist.
Sam advises the best course of treatment but ultimately the decision is left with you how you’d like to proceed, no pressure whatsoever, just options and advice.
I have been visiting Julie the hygienist every 3 months with fantastic results.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Impressions whether you have a phobia or not. A great friendly team and a spotless surgery. I wish we’d gone years ago.
