Excellent for nervous patients
I am in my 70s, and a lifelong nervous patient. I hide it well; I don't think anyone really knows just how terrified I am. The staff at Impressions are wonderful. They never belittle you because you are nervous or hesitant about treatment. They explain everything thoroughly. I have had some pretty major work done recently, and it has turned out brilliantly. I cannot recommend the practice enough.

I get really anxious prior to dental appointments but since I have been going to Sam I feel I am in safe hands. He is so professional but so caring at the same time . He always puts me at ease and helps me through. I would not use anyone else, in fact when he moved practice although it is more travelling I followed him.

All the staff are so lovely
I’ve been at this dental practice for around 4/5 years, I’m dental phobic and needed some complicated major work for which I was sedated, all was perfect and going forwards I think I’m on my 3rd year treatment free! Teeth cleaned every 3 months and specialist tooth paste and 6 monthly check ups, although still phobic I can go without panic or days of worry, all the staff are so lovely I won’t ever go anywhere else!

I absolutely love the lip fillers Dr Claire has done today. I cannot recommend her enough.
Dr Claire is very informative and helpful she explained the whole process to me prior to treatment and during and this has been my least painful injections to date.
Dr Claire is a master at this craft .
I will definitely book my next appointment with her . I am utterly delighted with the result and couldn't recommend Dr Claire enough. Thank you so much x
