I recently visited for Botox, I felt relaxed and totally reassured as soon as I arrived.

The treatment itself was marvellous and I am thrilled with the results, I will be returning for more and I would definitely recommend!

The dentist is very patient and takes the time to listen if you are uncomfortable. I have had my first course of treatment and I will be returning when the next check up is due. Recommended.

I've just had my 1st treatment done today, I am petrified of dentist, and not had regular check ups in years for this reason. On my initial appointment I was asked what worried me so much about visiting the dentist, I explained the fear of needles, he explained that my treatment could be done by numbing my mouth with a machine ( no needles needed) this I have just experienced today, I can honestly say it's the best thing ever, it felt almost as though it was a laser treatment, did not feel anything. So friendly and comforting, wish I had come across this dentist many years ago, even down to the receptionist and the dental nurse and the dentist himself brilliant. Anybody with dentist fears please telephone for an appointment wish I had sometime ago. Thank you and I look forward to having nice teeth once my new veneers are fitted.

This was my first experience of treatment as my old dentist had retired. I had a broken tooth and saw Sam today, 5.11.15, for a repair. The injection for the anaesthetic was painless. We all had a little chat while the tooth numbed, this made me feel very relaxed. Sam told me exactly what he was going to do to repair my tooth, and asked periodically during treatment if I was okay. He drilled the old filling out and smoothed the break down, then proceeded to build up my tooth with bonded filling to match my tooth, not metal. I found the whole experience to be very satisfactory and would not hesitate to recommend Impressions to anyone, particularly if you are phobic in any way. They are very professional and caring about their patients. Highly, highly recommended.

After trying different dentists over the years, Impressions Dental Care are, in my opinion, the most understanding of Patients with a phobia. I would not hesitate in recommending Impressions to anyone with a phobia...
