I saw Dr Arnold for emergency appointment for toothache. I was worried with it being so close to Christmas. He was able to see me on Christmas Eve and provide me with amazing care and treatment which enabled me to still the festivities and most importantly, my Christmas dinner! I am a few weeks into my Invisalign journey now. From the preparing and fitting of the Invisalign, to the regular (weekly by App) progress check, I have felt supported by the team at Lancashire Smiles. Whilst, admittedly, I am still getting used to the Invisalign in my mouth and have experienced varying levels of sensitivity, these niggles are part of the process and are getting easier with each passing day. I am glad I waited to find the right Dentist. I am grateful for the support and expertise offered during my journey so far.

Invisalign and teeth whitening

The best
I visited Lancashire Smiles for a scale and polish. I was greeted by Jess, the wonderful front of house, I am a rather nervous patient but she was so welcoming, I was quickly called through by Grace the dental nurse and was welcomed to the surgery by Jessica, who explained what she was going to do. Grace and Jessica were so gentle- the best I have ever had! Thank you to all the team at Lancashire Smiles.

I'm currently on my Invisalign journey with Dr Arnold, I've noticed a huge difference already in my teeth and we aren't even done yet. The whole process was explained to me and I've had regular review appointments to make sure everything has been going to plan. On my "final" review it was decided to order some more aligners to make a few last tweaks which I liked as it just shows Dr Arnold is taking my results as seriously as I am to make sure they're perfect. Overall really happy with my experience.
