You must visit the incredible people at Lancashire smiles! I am a nervous patient (bad experience of butchery as a child). I am starting my Invisalign journey and I was apprehensive. I am a ‘mature’ lady, however, my teeth are important to me. It took me 5 years of consideration to finally find the right person and practice to explain and listen to what I wanted to accomplish with my smile! There was no pressure to go ahead with my treatment and everything was explained in a calm and lovely environment. Grace and Jess were brilliant in calming my nerves and Dr Arnold was so understanding, inviting me to ask questions before I committed to my treatment and during my first fit visit today. I am very excited to see the end result. I left the surgery with a smile! Thank you

This is a fantastic practice. All the staff are amazing and professional. Dental plans are really good value and I highly recommend. Nurses grace and Megan are fab. Jess on reception is very professional. Yvonne, hygienist/therapist is amazing.

The practice? Immaculate... so clean and modern it felt like I was walking into a Pinterest board for "Dream Dentist Offices."
The staff? Friendlier than a golden retriever at a dog park.
Dr Arnold Gangaidzo was my dentist, and let me tell you, the man deserves a medal for making me feel comfortable in a place I usually associate with mild terror.
I walked in dreading the worst and left wondering if I should start visiting more often (kidding... kind of).
10/10 would recommend... just maybe not too loudly, because I want to make sure they still have time for me 👀

Every member of staff is polite, understanding and knowledgeable.
Through every step of the process they continue to communicate and explain. The advice given is easy to follow and told in a way that is informative.
I've never been completely comfortable with dentists but feel completely at ease here.

I highly recommend Dr Arnold. I have completed my Invisalign journey and I am extremely happy with the result. Dr Arnold guided and supported me throughout the process. My teeth were very challenging to straighten but the result has exceeded my expectations.

So went today for two fillings not having been to the dentist for over 30 years due to being terrified. Have to say was made to feel very at ease everything was explained, never felt the injections which is the worst bit for me. I would highly recommend going. I booked my next appointment and will not worry about going
