Explained each step clearly
I had a great experience at Lancashire Smiles! From the moment I walked in when Jess greeted us, it felt very welcoming and throughout my appointment all the staff were highly professional.
What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were. I had my 1-year-old with me, and they went above and beyond to make us both comfortable. They had toys available to keep him entertained and even put on a children's show for him, which made a huge difference. It allowed me to relax during my appointment knowing he was happy and occupied.
Dr Arnold was amazing, very knowledgeable and he explained each step clearly, he made sure I was comfortable throughout, and paid close attention to detail, the check up felt thorough, which gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. I’m currently on my Invisalign journey with Lancashire Smiles and wow the results so far are amazing!
When I went for my first consultation I was very nervous going in but all the staff at Lancashire Smiles are lovely and very helpful with any questions I had which made me feel at ease.
As for Dr Arnold he has been fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

I had an emergency first visit appointment for severe toothache. Arnold is a lovely guy, as are his staff, and he is very thorough and professional. To begin with, he asked about any medication and medical issues. Then he did a very thorough examination, took colour (!!) 3D xray pictures of my teeth, and a black and white xray picture of my whole head, (all with very hi-tech equipment), which I was able to download. Using these, Arnold then explained and showed me what was what. We then had a discussion about my immediate and longer term options. I am 81 now and have had a lot of dentistry in the past, but Arnold's explanations and discussion were the best I have ever had, by far. It almost made the experience enjoyable! Oh, and by the way, a couple of years ago he received an award for the best young dentist of the year. No dentistry is cheap these days, including at this practice but, after researching online, I would say their rates are about par for the course. I'm looking forward to my next appointments.
