Thorough and professional
I had an emergency first visit appointment for severe toothache. Arnold is a lovely guy, as are his staff, and he is very thorough and professional. To begin with, he asked about any medication and medical issues. Then he did a very thorough examination, took colour (!!) 3D xray pictures of my teeth, and a black and white xray picture of my whole head, (all with very hi-tech equipment), which I was able to download. Using these, Arnold then explained and showed me what was what. We then had a discussion about my immediate and longer term options. I am 81 now and have had a lot of dentistry in the past, but Arnold's explanations and discussion were the best I have ever had, by far. It almost made the experience enjoyable! Oh, and by the way, a couple of years ago he received an award for the best young dentist of the year. No dentistry is cheap these days, including at this practice but, after researching online, I would say their rates are about par for the course. I'm looking forward to my next appointments.

'So I've just finished my treatments here at Lancashire Smiles and I have to say that the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The team here are so welcoming and friendly and really make you feel comfortable and looked after. Mr Arnold is a brilliant Dentist and the way he talks you through your treatment and explains the procedures calms any worries you might have. The treatments themselves were performed very professionally and I'm so happy with the results. All the team here also show the same professionalism and I met Grace who ably assisted Mr Arnold with my treatments and Jess who looked after front of house and made sure everything went smooth with all my appointments and payments. I can't thank them all enough.'

Did a Work Experience Placement at Lancashire Smiles and I really loved it. The placement provided me great insights into what a career in Dentistry is like and the whole dental team answered all of my queries thoroughly.
