The care was delivered expertly
I recently had a crown replaced by Ana, this was no easy feat as the one that was being replaced had a metal post and took a lot of expertise, dedication and time to extract it.
Ana was amazing and explained everything she was about to do therefore alleviating any fears and concerns I may have had.
The care was delivered expertly and in a totally holistic manner.
I had absolutely no pain throughout the two hour treatment … again this was down to the wonderful local anaesthetic that I was given!
Thank you very much Ana and team for my lovely new crown and for all the care and attention you showed me whilst in your care.

I am normally a very nervous patient, but I was put at ease from the begining of my visit. They were very understanding and considerate, explained clearly my options and what they were doing. I left very relaxed, and not at all worried about my next appointment to get my wisdom tooth removed. Highly recommended.

First of all I’d like to say thank you to Nichola Wright for giving me the confidence to smile again. Everything about my time spent at Lancaster Smile Clinic was amazing from start to finish and the difference is so surprising.
The process was smooth and no hassle, no hidden fees, I found how you pay felt relaxed not pushing you to pay all the time. My plan was meant to last a year but I got finished early which is always a bonus. No pain or discomfort, just lovely smiles!
Can definitely see that Nichola takes pride in her work as she was the first person telling me if something didn’t look right or if we could improve. I will be recommending Lancaster slowly clinic to many people. I look forward to seeing my before and after pictures on their instagram page.

Had to bring my first Visit here forward 2 weeks due to a broken tooth an Omg these guys are so friendly and extremely helpful. I am terrified of needles and the dentist plus this was a new place. I was at ease from the phone call this morning, the guy on reception was really nice and Peter explained everything he did... I am actually looking forward to my next visit an eventually getting my teeth sorted.

Friendly approach from Peter and dental assistant. Gave me time and opportunity to discuss areas of concern. Gave me cleaning advice re one small area around molar. Discussed lower denture fitting issue. Good advice given. Problem of rocking solved when Peter tweaked a clasp. Great!
X-ray taken of infected root area. Discussion of best approach. Agreed to review situation in 9 months as no current symptoms and low possibility of spread to other teeth. All in all a very thorough check-up performed professionally. The cost wasn’t much more than NHS price so I’m very pleased. Thank-you!

Dentists are welcoming, efficient and explain any problems clearly. Payments are not clear enough, a deposit is always required for next planned treatment, which is fine, but the first time I took my son for this, after the initial check up i was charged the whole treatment price again. Good service, location not great as parking close by difficult, busy main rd.
