Dr Fatima Ahmed was especially good and understanding with me due to how my recent cancer treatments have effected me. Both her and her assistant where supportive when I needed it and took the time to explain everything. Great manner and compassion. Thank you.

Dentist was the same,
Absolutely on time.
Dentist took the time to answer a couple of questions of hygiene and advice about rechargeable toothbrush, which I need to change.
Excellent in all respects.

thank you for this nice experience and even though I'm scared of the dentist DR. Ruhma and the nurse Sonia made me feel safe, including the girls at the reception who welcomed me with a smile on their faces

Welcoming, polite and friendly
The environment is welcoming and the staff polite and friendly. On this visit I had to wait 20 mins beyond my appointment time but the staff apologised and explained the reason.

My experience
Had a dental check up recently. She was OK. She poked my gums with a tooth brush cleaner til it bled. I feel she could have been a bit more gentle. Thanks.
