Welcoming, polite and friendly
The environment is welcoming and the staff polite and friendly. On this visit I had to wait 20 mins beyond my appointment time but the staff apologised and explained the reason.

An extraction
My very first visit today, was made to feel very welcome, I had an extraction and didn't feel a thing not even when the numbing injections were going in. I am 62 years old and I can honestly say it was the best experience at a dentist I've ever had, and I hated going growing up.
