Excellent service and friendly

I'm nervous with dentists and have never had an issue since I moved to Indigo. All the staff are helpful and polite and Dr Kader made sure to walk me through everything she was doing so I knew what to expect and what was helpful for me to do in the situation. A tooth extraction is never fun but she made it bearable for a very anxious patient.

I came to the practice with major dental issues that resulted in loosing 8 lower teeth i was unable to eat most foods due to this and and poor quality of life for over 2 years.

After having an appointment with Dr Kader a plan was put together to rebuild my teeth and smile again. It was no easy task but Dr Kader and her amazing team smashed it out of the park by having 4 implant dental bridges installed to replace my missing lower teeth. This was life changing and bring my confidence back with my smile the level of professionalism is top level.

You are well informed and checked up on after having your appointment to make sure your are well and healing up good , i personally find simple little things like this go along way when it comes to customer care pre and post procedure.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth after the care i was provided by Indigo dental i would 100% recommend that you use this practice they made me relaxed and filed me with confidence with the work carried out.

I am around 6 weeks into my clear aligner journey. I would recommend Indigo Dental to anyone who is wanting any form of dental treatment, the communication between practise and myself has been excellent and deserves no less than 5 stars. They are always on hand to provide support and answer any queries I may have. So far, not only am I happy with the progress of my teeth, I’m very impressed with the constant communication and guidance the clinic continues to offer me.

After terrifying past experiences with dentist I joined Indigo, i have never seen a dental hygienist until i met Abbie, I'm very nervous & have a shaky reaction to adrenaline injection, Abbie is amazing, i use a stress ball, but Abbie puts me at ease, her encouragement, her ultra patience has given me the courage to continue visiting & getting dental treatment, she talks you through everything she's doing, & 100% makes sure you are ok, very professional caring young lady who I can't thank enough.

My dentist is always lovely and always gives accurate diagnoses and fixes my teeth. I have been their customer for 3 years and every time I went there I had a lovely experience. Very easy to book in, nice prices, lovely receptionists, dentists, assistants. I am very grateful and I wouldn't go anywhere else when I have a dental problem.

Brilliant ,always welcoming and friendly

All staff were extremely friendly and professional and very happy with the treatment received.

I had 2 appointments today, I arrived 30 minutes early but was still seen within 5 minutes of arrival. The first appointment with the hygienist could not have gone any better, extremely friendly, totally pain free even though I expected some form of discomfort if not actual pain and the hygienist (and assistant) were very careful to keep checking I was okay with what they were doing.
My appointment with the dentist was very much the same, pain free and every procedure I had including X-rays and scans were explained in great detail.
I’m not sure a visit to the dentist can be described as enjoyable however the experience overall was very pleasant. The lady who explained the financial side of things and my next steps was also very friendly and courteous. Overall I couldn’t really rate Indigo any higher.

It's not like going to the dentist. Every one is so friendly. Can't fault it. 10 out of 10.

Had to wait a while for my apointment, but can live with that. Then everything was very good.

Very good service, completed very quickly, no pain and pleasant clean room + waiting area. Used clinic for years and no issues.
