Fantastic receptionist - always polite and interested your wellbeing - the dentist and the dental nurse were friendly and first class at putting me at ease - made me feel at ease - excellent dental practice.

Attended to my every need
Personally, I don’t like my trips to the dentist. I get very nervous and have sensory needs.
The hygienist and dental nurse were excellent, went above and beyond to help make me feel comfortable and attended to my every need.
So for anyone neurodiverse, I’d say this practice is ASD and ADHD friendly.

I came here the other day as a new patient under the private plan. I've been having pain in my jaw and back teeth that leads to my ear for quite some time now. The dentist completed many scans including a detailed 3D scan.
The dentist also gave me a full overview and explanation of what's going on inside my mouth and we discussed a treatment plan that will help me resolve the pain. I'm really thankful about how thorough Indigo dental have been because I've been to the NHS dental hospital about this and also seen NHS dentists about my issue and they've not been anywhere near as helpful.

I recently had a crown done here by Dr Hitchens. Both her and her assistant were absolutely excellent. Their bedside manner was exceptional and they made me feel instantly calm, at ease, and reassured that I was in professional hands. This was really appreciated, as it was a procedure I hadn't had before and I was worried about.
Dr Hitchens is engaging, explains everything well, and clearly puts client comfort and well-being first. I felt hardly any discomfort (even with an hour-long appointment filing down the tooth), and barely any sensitivity when recovering after. The temporary crown she put on was extremely sturdy and stable, and the permanent one looks so much like my other teeth, you wouldn't be able to tell it was a crown.
All in all, I'm really happy with the service and the results. I can definitely recommend!

Always friendly staff. Reception. Nurses. Dentists. Anyone who you deal with are always friendly and helpful. Dentist is great. Dr Hitchens takes her time and reassures you which is great if you aren’t feeling at ease having work done.
