my first visit to this practise so i went with an open mind and observed the covid guidelines has outlined prior to my visit and wore a mask has requested . On my arrival there was 6 patients /friends in reception and apart from the receptionist no one apart from me was wearing a mask. I was suprised at this and disappointed ,specially being in a confined area. My appointment was on time so that was good ,and to be honest was lovely to meet the dentist and her collegue ,such a friendly team they are and very professional . Very good first impression . I also had a appointment with the hygienist , again very nice team and such nice to be treated very well and everything explained for me going forward. Overall a very nice visit, but was disappointed by the amount of people in reception ,this needs to be managed better during these testing times. But defo recommend this practise and i will have no hesitation in going for my nxt appointments .

Top service and very friendly, never had a bad experience with them

A bit nervous about going ,had a lot going on with my fractured ankle recovery made me feel relaxed and said I will just have a look to see if anything needs doing you have enough going on don’t want to add to it which was lovely. I would highly recommend Indigo dental really pleased with service.

Always feel really calm and comfortable with Dr Sanaa and never had a bad experience here! Very professional but also very friendly service. I didn’t go to the dentist for years before coming to indigo due to fear of pain etc but indigo has changed my mind about that!

Visited today with my partner after having to wait almost 2 whole years due to the pandemic and I have to be honest . . . I was a tad nervous and I'm not normally ! We both met our new dentist for the first time and she was very friendly and welcoming, as was the rest of the staff that we met.
We both needed a hygienist appointment (no surprise there !) and luckily we were able to go back the same day and got that over and done with !

From the first call everything went well. Friendly and professional staff all the way through, they were able to see me straight away for an urgent problem, and the more routine stuff is only a short wait.

The treatment itself was smooth and problem free, and everything was carefully explained. They all worked well as a team, and they treated everyone there just as well too.

Seen on time surgery was very clean and tidy all of the staff were friendly, and treatment was quick and pain less

A few weeks of teeth whitening has been better for my confidence than any diet ever has been!

The team at Indigo are lovely and welcoming and I thought it was really interesting getting my teeth scanned for bespoke made to fit trays which you insert every time you do the treatment. They were super informative and really easy to speak to with any concerns or questions. The amount of check ins I've had, it is well worth the money and I love how white my teeth are now! Would recommend to anyone who's not confident with their smile!

Always friendly and professional and always put me at ease when my nerves get the better of me. The whole team from the Dentist, Hygienist, Receptionist to the cleaners are fabulous.

I Came to Dr kader in 2020 for my clear correct. Dr kader explained things well and checked thoroughly that my teeth were ready to receive braces. She sent me my clear correct report and stimulations. My clear correct journey went really well. When we reached my last brace, Dr Kader did extra scans to make sure my teeth were as straight as straight could be. I was really pleased with the clear correct journey.
Then we went on to crowns for my front teeth. This road was a little bumpy. My in surgery crowns were yellow and not aesthetically pleasing. My provisional crowns also came yellow after successfully whitening my teeth, although a 100 times better than in surgery made temporaries.
My front teeth had thinned and were worn down over time, so my original retainers did not fit over the new temporary crowns as naturally they had more bulk than my own teeth. This caused pain as the retainers did not fit and were to tight to the point that one end of the retainer was just about sitting on my teeth leading to many restless nights and teeth pain. Furthermore because of the position of the retainer in my mouth they were also digging into my tongue. When I messaged Heidi, who was friendly and understanding to explain all of these issues and ask if i could have a new top set of retainers she said Dr kader had said no as the new final retainers would come after my final crowns were fitted and scans were taken (they came 2 months later). I explained i was happy to pay extra for these and that it was making me really unhappy. The answer was still no. So i found a company and the retainers were made in a week (all including dispatch). I do wish this part of the crown process was considered a lot more to make the process more comfortable than it was. Especially after being embarrassed of my smile. My final crowns arrived and have finally completed my smile. At the appointment Dr Kader did a very good job with fitting and shaping the crown to keep in key with my teeth. She also bonded my teeth and everything looks really good. I am happy with my results and thank Dr Kader and her team for there time.

I started clearcorrect to straighten my teeth and have now finished the journey, I love my new smile and has given me new confidence. The staff at indigo dental have been amazing and are so welcoming.

All round excellent dentist. The staff are very friendly and caring. Today had an hygienist appointment for standard clean. (apologies can’t remember the Dr name) Not gonna lie the lady did a fantastic job, such attention to detail. Over the moon with the outlook.

This dental practice is very professional and caring. They are very skilled and have a lot of knowledge. They always explain very carefully the options/treatment they are planning. My treatment today was well done and the dentist caring and empathetic. I would certainly recommend this practice to all.

Good Dentist 😷 looks after me very well

I have been with Indigo Dental for 8 years and never had any complaints. Had a check up today, dr Fatima Ahmad was examining my teeth very thoroughly. The receptionists are kind and helpful -providing the most convenient dates for me.

Staff are excellent. I can not praise the service both my wife and myself received in all it was excellent.
