Several weeks after my implant, I experienced symptoms which I did not understand. Craig at Primley Park saw me promptly and checked my mouth, including an X-Ray. It turned out that it all looked good. And I was not charged. This after-treatment care is excellent and very reassuring.
I have just had my 1 year review. All good. I had a couple of questions which Craig answered fully and clearly. I eat with complete confidence in my implant. I am very happy with my treatment.

Amazing staff
James, trainee nurse Ella and nurse Zoe were amazing with me today! James is always giving great advice, never rushes anything and is really kind and calming. The nurses too today were amazing - everything was so clean and well organised it put me instantly at ease.

Thank you so much to Dr.Thomas. I was in significant pain following a dental procedure at the hospital (NHS). I’d called the NHS out of hours with my symptoms and both times got told just to take extra painkillers. Within minutes of speaking to Dr.Thomas on the telephone he knew that I needed seeing. He made me an appointment within the hour where he diagnosed and treated me for dry socket and an infection. I cannot recommend him enough!

I was treated with such kindness and respect from the minute I walked through the door. I couldn’t fault any of the people involved in my care and treatment. The dentist and dental nurse were both exceptionally kind and patient and as a nervous patient this is much appreciated.
