Hygienist appointment
I had a hygienist appointment yesterday. The hygienist was welcoming and professional. She was quite thorough and I was asked about my ongoing health and medications before any treatment started. The actual hygiene work was very thorough and included spraying the teeth with a powder like substance to remove stains.

An outstanding dentist
I love the way that James (Holt) explains everything that he is doing whilst working. He cares for the whole person, not just their teeth. I believe him to be an outstanding dentist and I feel lucky to be his patient.

I arrived at Primely Park Dentistry yesterday for my Annual Checkup. When I booked the appointment I mentioned that three Crowns my last Dentist attached (Nothing to do with Primely Park) had fallen out.
The Receptionist said 'If you've got the Crowns the Dentist (James) will have a look when you attend your Checkup'.
As James had not undertaken the work originally, I was not sure if he would be able to fit the Crowns again, but he did just that!
Very professional and friendly practice from the minuet you arrive. The Receptionist always have time for a quick chat and so does James!
I can honestly say - Its the first time in my life I actually look forward to visiting my Dentist!

Wonderful staff
Been paraplegic has many challenges, visiting Thomas is never a challenge, it's a pleasure. Also, I would like to add that the practice staff, who take care of bookings and payment etc are wonderful and could not be more helpful. Thank you all
