I quite enjoyed my first visit
I had my first appointment at Primley Park Dentistry today and it was a real pleasure. The receptionists were helpful and friendly, and James, who carried out my dental inspection, was lovely. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it and we got along very well. Promises well for the future. I know it sounds silly but I quite enjoyed my first visit to Primley Park Dentistry.

My experience at Primley Park Dentistry was as always good. From entering the Dentist where receptionists are welcoming and kind, then James my dentist explained everything and answered all my questions with knowledge and empathy when required. I would highly recommend this surgery.

The admin staff reacted very quickly to a note from my GP suggesting that my mouth problems which I'd had for 3 weeks now needed an urgent dental review. The Primley Park admin arranged an emeergency appointment with James Holt - my regular dentist who, fortuitiously, was doing the New Years Eve cover. Within 1o minutes James had diagnosed an overgrown wisdom tooth causing trauma to the soft tissue around it. After a quick discussion of options, we went for extraction James accomplished this in less than 20 minutes and the only pain I felt was the 'slight scratch' of the first anaesthetic injection. Full after-care instructions were provided and 8 hours later, though the extraction site is a little sore, I have more mouth function than I have had in weeks. I have always found Primley Park and James to be friendly, efficient and exceptionally professional. They certainly rescued me today!

My hygienist was excellent
Nice to walk in to a friendly greeting and pleasant surroundings. My hygienist was excellent, hardly noticed what she was doing, no discomfort at all. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been attending PP Dentist for over 40 years. The building is easy to access, has ample parking and is a modern / comfortable interior as you’d expect from a private Alwoodley dentist.
Adam my dentist has just left which is disappointing as I felt comfortable with him but I understand these things happen.
Sarah is the jewel in the crown and her service as a hygienist is exemplary.She gives you time, a personalised service and puts you at ease.
It is an expensive experience seeing a private dentist so the experience needs to be equally special. In consistency at reception is a shame. Welcomes vary but never rude.
I would highly recommend Sarah as a hygienist and I hope to be able to say the same for my new dentist.

I have full confidence in this practice and can recommend 💯.
Chalk and cheese compared with my previous practice.
Full credit to their expertise and a great team to work with. I had 3 months of remedial work with no problem or worries. Thomas has been absolutely amazing with his care, expertise and attention to detail with both myself and my wife. Looking forward to being a life term patient.
