Outstanding practice
Outstanding practice all round. All staff professional and friendly. Dr Thomas Meneaud, what can I say other than outstanding? I have travelled the world. I have had some excellent Dentists over the years but Dr Thomas Meneaud and Dr Craig Parker are on another level. It’s all those little details and the obvious expertise. I’m very grateful to be accepted as a client at this practice.

First time visiting Ayesha (Hygienist) & her team. I am usually very uncomfortable during the treatment and often gag too, making the whole process unpleasant. Ayesha’s knowledge and skills were excellent and she addressed all the issues and my concerns in one sitting. I walked away less petrified of the dentist and I will definitely be coming back to see her again more often. The products recommended were also very good and she considered my current lifestyle and ongoing challenges.

Returning to Primley Park Dentistry was a very pleasant experience. I had my 1 year review for 2 dental implants and everything was good, the x-ray showed that the procedure had gone exactly as planned last year and had been a success. It has certainly made a dramatic difference in the way I can now eat with confidence whereas before I was a defensive eater heading for a diet of soup and soft food.
Well done Primley Park .

I have been attending Primley Park Dentistry for around 12 months. From the minuet you walk in and are greeted by the Reception Team, who are so polite and friendly, you know your somewhere very special. My Dentist James makes puts you at ease from the onset and talks to you throughout your procedure telling you what he is doing, why and the outcome. He also has a sense of humor to die for.

Great care and efficiency
I have been a patient of Thomas Meneaud and Sarah Hartley for quite some time now. My teeth are not the easiest of customers for any dentist or hygienist but Thomas and Sarah deal with any problems that come their way with great care and efficiency. I always receive great advice around caring for my dental and oral health and any treatment required is carefully explained and only advised when necessary. I always feel properly involved in any decision around treatment or where advice is given.
The dental nurses are all hugely professional and welcoming and go about their work in a calm manner and perfectly complement the dentists and hygienists in reinforcing the overall supportive nature of the practice from the patient’s viewpoint.
The surgery itself and its environs are very pleasant and calming, and spotlessly clean. The cheerful welcome on the phone and in person from the reception staff is just perfect.
Thank you to everyone for your truly patient centred care…you make going to the dentist a pleasure!
