Whenever my teeth are in trouble which has been quite frequently recently I can absolutely rely on Primley Park Dentistry to fit me in as quickly and as conveniently as possible and to sort me out as painlessly and as pleasantly as they can. I could almost say its always a pleasure to visit this practice despite the minor discomfort of having to have some form of treatment

I had an implant sx years ago performed by Primley Park. I have since been reviewed initially each year than every two years. Service has been of the highest standard and I would recommend the dentistry to everyone.

I recently changed to this practice after my previous dentist retired. I was quite apprehensive as I had been with my previous practice for many years and had total faith in them. However, having now had a first appointment with a dentist and a hygienist I would rate the experience as very positive. All members of the team have been friendly, professional and caring and I would not hesitate to recommend the practice based on my experience so far.

From my appointment being booked by the friendly staff to attending the surgery I have nothing but praise.
I was put at ease and greeted by the staff and my dentist - everything was explained fully and I was advised of the dental work I needed
with no pressure to decide immediately.
I feel confident going forward with the treatment and positive it will be done with excellent results.
The surgery was very clean, and had a very relaxed atmosphere when I entered.

Everything went to plan mostly, however I was sent an automated message for an appointment which was not going to happen due to illness. I would have expected the practice to have a system to either ring these clients or to intervene in the alert going out. I feel very confident with the work completed and am looking forward to years of a happy situation with my dental implant. The team are very friendly.

The delays due to COVID-19 meant I haven’t had my usual hygienist sessions but I managed to get a last minute cancelled appointment with Ayesha who I have not met before. She did a really good job and was also really pleasant and friendly

My nhs dentist recommended Craig for my implant. I am so glad I took her advice. Craig was helpful and personable. My teeth look great and the whole process was easy, without pain and within the timeline and cost estimates. All the staff I encountered were lovely. Very pleased.
