Delighted with the results
The Reception Staff are always courteous and welcoming.
Dr Thomas Meneaud is thoroughly professional and instils confidence, in particular during my procedure today. I experienced no pain or discomfort and was kept informed and reassured during the process. As a patient of the practice for nearly 30 years, I have respect for Thomas and his team and am delighted with the results of my procedure today.

Reassuring and explained everything

Always superb service at Primley Park. I've been here since it opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thomas and Sarah are really lovely - as are all the staff. I have no fears visiting this practice, irrespective of the reason I'm there. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I recently attended Primley Park Dentistry and I want to praise their approach to customer care. Everything - from making the initial appointment to my experience at the surgery to the follow-up - went easily and smoothly. In particular, I was impressed by the clear communication at each stage: what was happening and why, how much the cost was, what the next step would be. One never looks forward to dental appointments, but the staff at Primley Park made it as pleasant as possible.
