Best dentist ever

My check-up was with Abrar, who was brilliant. Fantastic patient interaction, very friendly and had great new ideas specific to my own oral health care. For me, in most walks of life, including health appointments, a customer/patient experience is generally not a particularly memorable one way or another - it’s generally remembered on a spectrum of ‘good’ or ‘could’ve been better’. Something that can’t be taught really needs to stand out change that, and I never thought I’d find myself saying ‘best dentist ever’!

I would like to say hello and thank you to John (taken over after Rachel's retirement) for a great check up on my first visit with him.
He also managed to get xrays, with my terrible gag reflex (showing me a simple trick!). A great addition to the team.
Love the new dental nurses uniforms too! Just need to make the entrance and waiting area less formal.

Excellent care

I have received excellent care from the dentist and hygienist since I joined as a patient. Their explanations have been thorough and the treatment of my teeth professional. After considering many other dentists in the area, I am so pleased I made the decision to register at Street Lane.
