Kind and helpful

Firstly the kind and helpful receptionists.
The dentist I saw was Flavian. He examined me and made me aware of the problem and told me the treatment I would need. He was so kind and took his time explaining the process would be to rectify my problem even drawing me a diagram. I left feeling confident and he told me that should I have further problems before treatment, I should come back immediately.

Recent appointment

As I've put in my next comment, the doors need to be opened at least 5 minutes before the first appointment in the morning and afternoon. If you have to get a bus or walk to the clinic it's very hard to arrive dead on time so I'm always a few minutes earlier so that I'm ready to be called for my appointment. At a recent Saturday afternoon appointment I actually thought I'd got the wrong date as I arrived a few minutes early and was surprised to see the place in darkness. I tried ringing with no reply so when it reached 2pm I went home.

I recently lost a filling, quick appointment given and my check up all done at the same time. The reception staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. My dentist is always there for a chat, always puts me at ease. She takes time before starting treatment to have a catchup. Overall I would recommend the dental practice for any treatment.

Dentists excellent, poor attitude of one of receptionists let’s it down

Have been at this dental practice for many years. Despite difficulties of Covid and relatively high turnover of staff, levels of professionalism have remained high. Unfortunately the poor attitude of one of the receptionists let’s the practice down.
