Kind and understanding
Temi always puts me at ease, he's kind and understanding. Despite my really struggling with going to the dentist for many years, I don't feel like that so much now. It's not my favourite place, but Temi has definitely made it much easier to keep up my appointments.

Very good experience
I was deciding between having a deep filling replaced or crowning the tooth. Everything was explained to me in great detail and it was my decision. Nothing was rushed and all my questions were answered. I decided to go with replacing the filling. Throughout the procedure which lasted almost one and a half hours the dentist was very attentive knowing that I was feeling very anxious and not enjoying the thought of what was about to happen. She kept stopping and asking if I was ok throughout. I came away thinking that I’d had a very good experience and that next time if there is one that I don't need to worry.

Wisdom tooth extraction
I attended the surgery for a lower left wisdom tooth extraction. Kathryn was friendly, polite and professional. It was a difficult extraction but she kept me informed every step of the procedure.

I hate the dentist but Dr Abulula made me feel very comfortable and was reassuring. The last time I had an extraction I was at school and I'm sure I was put under anesthetic!

My experience
The warm welcome from your reception team, as always was lovely.
Unfortunately I didn’t realise I wasn’t seeing Jamie, however Sarah was very nice, but didn’t start on time so I wasn’t seen until 8.43, which isn’t a massive issue but I had to get to Armley to start a clinic ourselves and had patients waiting when I arrived.
Unfortunately things do happen and can’t be avoided, but Sarah never apologised for running late.
The nurse was very nice to.
