Have used this Practice for many years, has always been good. One thing I've noticed recently however is that because some Staff are not available every day of the week then getting a suitable appointment can be difficult.

I came in today referred by then NHS and I must say the lady that did my tooth was the nicest dentist I have ever had, so patient and kind, would recommend highly, her name was Maruffa. Thanks again.

Tooth extraction with Jaime.
The first tooth I have had removed and Jaime explained the procedure very clearly. Her manner is excellent, very reassuring and friendly while being professional at the same time.

Gave me her full attention
I liked the positive attitude of the dentist who was new to me. She was cheerful and a good listener. Even though I knew she was very busy she gave me her full attention. She looked at my teeth carefully and also cleaned them. I hope to have her next time.

My experience
Sorry. Our dentist has left and my daughter had a tricky visit on her own today. She was told she needed an X-ray for the first time but wasn't told what to expect and she was confused and frightened by the experience when the dentist left the room. I have always had the best service from Jaime but was disappointed this time and will come with her in future.
