Following some confusion with my referral, I was able to attend at short notice on a cancellation. Reception was good. Was seen almost immediately by Temi. Thorough review of my history and detailed examination for potential treatment. Unfortunately it looks like my tooth/ache was beyond repair. Referred back to my dentist and hygienist for possible extraction. Overall good, professional service.

Treatment went well
Dental nurse and dentist are both really nice. Treatment went well, injections to numb my face didn’t hurt much at all!

Staff excellent and friendly.
Was hoping for treatment as I had previously work done but not finished so thought that’s what I was going for but ended up being a check up so lost a day's wage and had to pay for a check up which wasn’t necessary.

Absolutely amazing, the lady talks you through what she's doing and I honestly didn't feel a thing. I've always been ashamed of my teeth and it's a big core of my depression. I honestly wish I could afford a dentist but because of my mental health I'm on benefits, anyway I really appreciate you seeing me today, thankyou so much, 10/10, easy.

Caring and kind
Always had excellent treatment with Jamie Holburn. Very sad that this was my last appointment with her, Jamie has always been professional, caring and kind, I will miss her but cannot afford private care. I thank her so much. I am hopeful that my next appointment will follow in her footsteps.

Hygienist appointment
Had my routine 6-month hygienist appointment!! She wasn’t my usual practitioner but I went ahead as I’ve been at this dental practice for over 25 years!!
The hygienist was new to the practice and also to me, I would say she’s slightly inexperienced and she definitely needs to work on the dexterity of using her equipment and tools so as not to cause such pain to clients !!
It’s fair to say her workmanship was not the best and she curtailed the length of my treatment prematurely out of embarrassment! not good especially when I had to pay the full fee!!
