We received a good experience today for our routine nhs appointment. Me and my daughter were seen by a dentist we had not had before, Husna Tahir. She made us both feel relaxed, and we had a very positive experience. Thank you Husna! The appointment was on time, and as always the reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Approached with care and consideration for my wellbeing
I couldn’t recommend Street Lane Dental more! I am a very nervous patient, and as a result, I had lots of issues with my teeth. SLD have worked with me for the last 4 months, over several appointments, to help me get my teeth sorted. Each appointment was approached with care and consideration for my wellbeing, giving me breaks when needed, and explaining everything they did. I will be forever grateful to them, not only for restoring my teeth, but also my faith in dentists.

Very grateful for the emergency appointment
I was grateful that Sarah was able to see me at short notice on Monday morning after my tooth came out at the weekend. She took an X-ray and advised me on possible next steps. Thank you also to the person who answered the phone and rearranged another appointment so I could be seen.

A high level of expertise
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist demonstrated a high level of expertise, taking the time to carefully explain each step of the process and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. Ma Husna Tahir was punctual. She checked my dental records, reiterated what dental procedure was planned. Husna listened to my concerns, she reviewed and reassessed the dental plans. Husna verbalised dental treatments / options to consider in my own time, advising I get back to the Centre, with my decision.
