Calm, polite, consistent
The reception staff were constantly busy in the time I was present and waiting. Both dealt with some very difficult customers and challenging behaviours but remained calm, polite, consistent and professional. They should be recognised and rewarded for this.

What a contrast!
Lovely to meet my new dentist Jaime today who was very friendly and informative and put me at ease . She gave me a thorough check up and X-rays and asked me how I felt about my teeth and we discussed the various treatment options available. A really great experience compared to my recent visit to my previous NHS dentist which I’m afraid has gone downhill rapidly. Based on my experience so far,
I’m happy to recommend Street Lane Dental.

I was seen at my appointment time. I find visiting the dentist stressful, Jaime was very kind and explained everything that was going to happen and I was happy with the outcome. It’s reassuring that I can contact them and be seen if I have any issues. The reception staff were also very patient and dealt with our queries with appointments and payment. With kind regards.

Over the moon
I lost a tooth at the front of my mouth and was desperate to get a temporary fix whilst planning an implant. I was so relieved and grateful that Dr Ajimoko made this possible.
