Street Lane Dental Centre
The dentist and reception staff were professional and helpful. I was satisfied with the treatment. However, I found the £70 cost disproportionate to the very small procedure (a small bit of filling stuck on). I realize this was set by the NHS and not by the practice and my complaint was not intended to be personal. Thank you.

But what isn’t good is to receive this questionnaire which is then a marketing tool advertising services available. It hints at an underlying motive. Best kept separate. Put the tick boxes in the appointment reminders instead?
