Very high level of care

Very high level of care. I was informed of every step in my treatment before I received it and I was given very good advice on how to look after my teeth and gums to maximise my oral health and hygiene.

My experience

There was a mixup with names with another person having a very similar name. This led to a delay before I was seen however, the apologies were gladly accepted.
My only main query was regarding the charge of £25.80 for looking at a tooth that was effectively under guarantee.

Everything went really well

John Watkins was very thorough in my examination and talked me through the whole process. He put me at ease right from the very start ( why I was not looking forward to my visit today is a mystery ) and everything went really well. Thanks very much, John !!
