Street Lane Dental Centre

Had an appointment with John today, called through promptly, young lady dressed in maroon, not even sure she was qualified. Didn't introduce herself or the nurse. Treated in 7 minutes flat with a (basic) clean, I had to ask for a scale, no polish?! As an existing NHS patient, I don't feel I'm getting a good consultation at all. Very disappointed.

The staff are lovely

I was so nervous when I first started coming to Street Lane but I don't get nervous at all anymore.
The staff are lovely and explain full what is going on. Tom always chats to us through the appointment and is really nice.

Takes time to explain things

All staff are incredibly friendly. Jaime takes time to explain things. She is brilliant with my brother who has a learning disability.

John is a fabulous dentist and makes you feel at ease. He talks through the process with you. Definitely the best dentist I have had.

Care and consideration

The lady dentist was very pleasant with a very nice ' chairside manner '.
All procedures were carried out with care and consideration for a fairly nervous patient !!
The nurse was very friendly too.
