Hygienist

I have very sensitive teeth and was not looking forward to the hygienist, as I thought I would hurt. I was not in pain at all. And will not worry about going again.

The dentist was very gentle

The dentist was very gentle. Explained what choices I could make regarding a new denture and with the help of her assistant took time to help decide which colour teeth to put on it. I was not rushed at all to make a decision.

My experience

Dental service excellent but reception staff need to be trained in empathy, attention to detail and impression was they did not want to be there, displayed by attitude. Quite happy to elaborate, just ring me.
P.s I have been a patient at Street Lane Dentist for 37 years & it’s the first time I have had cause for complaint.
