Street Lane Dental Centre
John is the best dentist I have ever had so no complaints there, but reception needs attention/training.
Lack of eye contact on arrival. Made to wait while I was checked in - to the point where I wasn’t sure whether I should still be stood there, or whether I should go and sit down. Wasn’t actually checked in, so was waiting for 20 minutes and only realised something was wrong when my dentist came out and showed in somebody who had just arrived. Worth noting that both reception staff did apologise, however, would obviously have been better had none of this happened.
