I was impressed

I received an excellent level of courtesy and customer care today. As an NHS patient I was impressed with the treatment from my dentist and also the reception staff, who each dealt sympathetically with my dental issues and made time for me despite some complications with my availability.

Same day appointment

Able to be given a same day appointment to repair broken tooth. I saw a lovely young lady and was dealt with very quickly. All was very easy. Thank you.

Complete confidence in my dentist

I was very satisfied with my visit this week. The lengthy procedure to extract a tooth and prepare for an implant was explained to me together with advice as to what to eat and drink afterwards.
I was kept informed at every stage and often asked if I was feeling ok.
I had complete confidence in my dentist, Jaime, and have nothing but praise for her professionalism, manner and competence.
