No pain
Excellent. My appointment was on time. Dentist and nurse were both very friendly. Dentist remembered who I was which is nice. He explained everything and talked me through what he was doing. No pain.

Excellent dentists
Friendly and efficient front-of-house staff. And excellent dentists.
The only thing I wasn't impressed with is the opening message on your answer machine it appears to steer patients away from the practice.
But my own experience today was very good.
