A quick response to my emergency needs and the dentist and his assistant are so welcoming and created a calm and friendly environment to me. I apologize by not remembering the dentist name but I hope my appreciation will reach his attention because he did a great job by accommodating me.

The dentist was knowledgeable
The Dentist covered:
Everything was covered, in detail regarding the procedures that were to be carried out on that day.
Explanations with reference to the x-ray was given regarding the infection of a root canal and that it splits up into hair lines and perhaps that’s where the infection might be originating from and that’s why a course of anti-biotics might solve the problem without further invasive procedures.
Examples of how to actually perform certain at home dental cleansing routines with additional equipment that I have to purchase (I now know what to buy and how to use it properly and how and why it is important as I saw with my own eyes the effects without using those)
I now also know that plaque can harden via calcification, another reason to up my hygiene.
I was given time and a chance to ask further questions to educate myself, which I found beneficial.
The dentist was knowledgeable and helped me.
I was also given the opportunity to see what was wrong before the procedures were carried out via an optical aid.
