Friendliness of all the staff, professionalism, caring and very approachable. The rapportIi have with my dentist is paramount for me, I feel I have a good one with Jamie. She always explains what is going to happen before, during and after my appointment/treatment. I personally find this very important as due to my MS brain fog, things can become “muddled” as to how/what I can remember. All in all I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

The staff are all lovely and professional, however problems with the way it is managed
The staff are all lovely and professional. There is however problems with the way it is managed- cancelation fee of £60 which is not advertised. Whilst a cancellation fee is fair (especially if wasting nhs time- this was for private), the cost is outrageous and the fact patients are not informed of this well in advanced is unacceptable. For me this meant taking an unwell child with me to the dentist which poses both infection risk issues and is not fair on the child - however could not afford to loose such a high sum of money. Despite very high costs to customers, the system for nhs waitlist is a paper book with no way of confirmation your name is in the book. Clearly owned by a corporate company with no intention of supporting people to become nhs patients and just out to make money. This is a shame as the staff are friendly and not to blame for this.

I quickly got an emergency appt within 24 hours of my tel call. I saw Phil who sorted my chipped tooth out. Half an hour after my appointment I walked out of the surgery feeling happy
