I find the end to end process at this practice to be excellent. From booking appointments to receiving reminders is brilliant and the attitude of the staff and clinicians is spot on.
I have been with the practice for more than 10 years and have always been happy with the service.

Saw my dentist Nisha, for an impression to add a tooth to my partial plate quick and easy process, just got to wait to get the plate back now then I will have my front tooth removed. Very friendly dentist would recommend to anyone!

Nisha undertook a detailed check up of my teeth and explained the procedure I would need next. She is calm and empathetic which is helpful when you have dental phobia.

Check up
I got my check up appointment reminder and an appointment was generated quickly. When the appointment notification text came through there was a requirement to fill on an on-line form. My broadband was down... (causing me to have used all my 4G data allowance) so I couldn't fill the form in. I'm glad to report this did not cause a problem at reception, a hard copy was available and was filled in at the desk.
