Full marks from me
Great dentists, they focus on what matters, patient and delivering a good service with a human touch rather than endless tech getting in the way. They are nice folk, good practitioners, and it's always a quick, simple process dealing with the practice. Full marks from me, and one of the few NHS services that I think put the patients above their own needs. I've never heard a mention of zero tolerance, or experienced anything other than BHDP being a friendly, helpful and efficient team.
