Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable
I’ve recently joined this Dentist and just wanted to express I’ve made the right decision. Niraj and the dental nurse have made me feel very welcomed and comfortable during my visit unlike my previous experiences. This is important to me as a customer as I suffer with mental health, so I just wanted to leave my positive feedback for the staff on my experience. Thank you again.

Amazing dentist
Niraj is an amazing dentist, friendly, reassuring and always professional. We’ve known him since my children were little, and he has truly become our family dentist. Most kids dread going to the dentist, but mine genuinely love their visits with him. His calm manner, patience and expertise make every appointment a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend him and the practice more highly!

Checkup
Was really impressed with my dentist today. Never had him before. He sat me down before checkup and asked if I had any concerns. I raised 1 issue that I had noticed recently and he proceeded with the checkup. Checkup felt purposeful and efficient and he addressed my concern. Gave a quick clean of teeth and gave me a mirror to guide me through what he had seen and done so I could see for myself, guiding me through. I felt no discomfort during the clean and was pleasantly surprised as previous dentists I had been to had been quite uncomfortable. He then sat me down again and went through some more bits and asked if I had any questions. He (and his assistant) were very polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and really took the time to go through everything with me. I was really impressed, best service I have received in a VERY long time. Actually felt like I was receiving a service as opposed to be sat straight in examination chair shouting out numbers and telling me to book in for another year. I was more than impressed, I paid for NHS but felt like private.

As someone who suffers from dental phobia, it's important to find a dentist who is empathic and explains everything in detail. Nisha goes through all the processes with me first before treatment starts. She is always calm and professional. The reception staff are helpful and parking is usually available right outside the door.
