Beaumont House Dental Practice

First ever couple of fillings last week, Very quick and professional from start to finish. Nisha and Lucy talked me through the process and accommodated my needs due to having limited mobility issues. If I needed a break due to being uncomfortable or for any other reason they were quick to allow this and made sure I was ok throughout. Great Dentist practice, will not be going anywhere else ever again.

Both today for the first time and they were both kind and lovely , both took time to make sure I was ok as the patient and was happy. Really pleased today as always with Beaumont house dental practice . Usually have Lucy and niraj all the staff I have seen are lovely and really nice to my daughter too who usually comes along to the appointment . Highly recommend this dentist and all the staff

Breath of fresh air during NHS dental situation 20222

BUPA worked on a tooth causing me on going need to access NHS dental when the inlay they did failed 13 times in 24 months. Having to use NHS 111 to get treatment I went to Beaumont House in Beaumont Leys. They were lovely, helpful and far better than BUPA Loughborough in the treatment they recommend.
I talked in a friendly manner with the receptionist and dentist, it was clear that this practice, one of the few remaining practices willing to do NHS 111 referrals were up against severe constraints and difficulties in delivering support to people in need of treatment, the sheer volume of referrals from NHS111 being part of the issue, with limited slots per day for such patients I could only imagine the abuse and frustration that the front desk faced. In the face of all of this, what I experienced was that the staff were all caring, considerate, competent and nice people to deal with; people who understood the vulnerable nature of a patient without a dentist and took that into consideration.
Fully recommended, and please be kind to them, they are under huge pressure caused by UK policy, ever decreasing funding and a population that needs help - the situation is not their fault. These guys are doing their best, and they have helped me greatly with compassion and professionalism.

This is my first visit to a dentist in over 8 years and was very nervous as the last dentist I had was awful, from start to finish they where amazing made me feel at ease all the way through I have even booked my appointment for 6 months time which for me is big thing knowing I feel comfortable to go back. Daaniya and Emma are just fantastic thank you for being so patient and keeping me calm! 😊

Went for an appointment yesterday and all the staff there are great. Jenny on reception welcomed me in on arrival and Abas and his nurse Louise are so caring and looked after me when having a tooth out. I feel very lucky to have this as my dental practice.

Friendly, efficient and professional service. I don't usually leave reviews but was so impressed by my experience today I felt I needed to. Thanks to Niraj, Lucy and lovely receptionist for making my first dental appointment in 3 years such a pleasant experience.

receptionist Jenny was very helpful booking me, the staff were friendly to talk to and i would strongly recommend the Dentist Niraj him and his nurse have always done a great job and very understanding in difficult situations

The friendliest practice Ive ever been too. Nice and clean. No sales pitch. Actually chatted and seemed genuinely interested, explained everything. Gave good advice. Didnt feel rushed.

I recently became a patient at Beaumont house dental. I have now had two appointments, one being an extraction. From the initial telephone enquiry and the pleasant lady in reception through to the dentist i was seen by and the dental nurse, eveyone was very friendly and professional. No rushed appointments and every step if the process explained. So glad i left my previous dentist. Well done Beaumont house, and thank you.

Been today for a routine check up Dentist was really polite and gave me good advice, the nurse was also very reassuring when I was having a clean. Been a patient years and always feel comfortable when arrive

Really friendly staff, the dentists are excellent and the best thing is....they don't rip you off!! So glad I changed from the previous place which was totally the opposite. Definitely recommend them.

Good service as usual

I have been a patient here now for a few years and cannot recommend enough! The lovely Jenny on reception always books me in fast and efficiently. She is always happy to help with a bubbly and professional manner which is what a front of house needs. I see Niraj who is just amazing at what he does and i feel so confident and comfortable being under his care. Lucy his dental nurse always makes me feel at ease and is so lovely she makes me feel calm and happy before entering the treatment room. Overall 5 star for Beaumont House everyone is amazing and very highly experienced in their jobs and you will be in very safe hands at this practice! After hating the dentist previously i can now say that it has become a pleasant experience thanks to all of the wonderful staff. Thankyou :)

i am happy i got my teeth removed today im glad its been taken out 2 at once instead of going twice and the 2 people had were good and they made me happy when they said i was strong and im doing well

Excellent service, my son had to have 4 teeth out,2 one week then another 2 a week after. They were very friendly,kind and caring, told him what they were going to do and he was happy how it all went. Highly recommend.
