A good welcome, though staff were busy, someone took the trouble to find my online appointment.
Appointment was on time. Dentist had plenty of time to listen to my concerns which were investigated.
X-rays taken and explained. A clear tooth care plan discussed for the next 12 months.

Highly recommend this dental practice
I had multiple tooth extractions in 1 sitting, gums cut, bones drilled out, the 9 yards, and was made to feel so calm and relaxed to the point I was nearly asleep. I don't mind the dentist at all, in fact I love the dentist. I would highly recommend this dental practice, the staff and nurses all do such an amazing job. Thanks to all the staff members that treated me today, I really appreciate your work.

As a very nervous patient who often cancels appointments due to fear of the dentist and treatments, I can honestly say Nichelle and her assistant Ophelia made me feel at ease from the get go! They were both so understanding and gave me plenty of time and breaks when needed. I can't tell you how much an experience like this helps to feel at ease for future appointments. Thank you so so much for taking the time to care about your patients it really is appreciated.
For anyone looking for dental treatments or anybody nervous to attend, I can highly recommend this Dental practice. :)
