Went for a tooth extraction today, was a bag of nerves. Dentist Niraj Devalia, was his usual calming self, and the dental nurse who was with him was absolutely amazing (sorry forgotten her name ) , thank you both for calming me, and talking everything through with me, ever step of the way.
Once again excellent service. I would definitely recommend this dental practice . Brilliant.

A good dental provider
So refreshing to be a customer of a good dental provider where they answer the phone quickly with a human voice, and have always provided a frictionless, quick, painless process every time. It's never been anything other than simple, quick and pleasant when dealing with BHDP. I really value the way they operate with a people first approach rather than tech and automation and endless time wasting. Example: If I want to go to my doctors, I can expect to lose 2-3 hours of my life on the phone and in the waiting room. With my dentist, the entire process takes about 30 minutes of my life from phoning, waiting and having the appointment. It's simple and it works so well. Thanks! Long may it last.
