Excellent as usual from all staff, I've recommended them to friends & family. I moved here about 18 months ago from the butcher in st. andrews rd in shoeburyness. even though it's 7 miles away, rather than ½ mile, I wish I'd done it years ago...parmar have had to undo the damage they did & now my teeth are ok

I had a double appointment today. One was for the hygienist. And the other was my dental check up. Amy, the hygienist, is so helpful and knowledgeable and gives excellent advice for caring for your teeth. I feel I can ask her anything.
Whilst no one could ever say they enjoy going to the Dentist, Ryanna makes it as easy an experience as she can. I admire her passion for dentistry. She explains everything thoroughly and offers all options. I feel like she cares.

I have recently been lucky enough to become a new patient of the Parmar Dental surgery. I use the word “lucky” due to a couple of factors. Firstly, I am beyond appreciative for being accepted onto the books of the surgery. Secondly, and most importantly, the service I have received since joining them has been like no other dentist I’ve ever attended. The reception staff are consistently amazing: professional, polite, helpful, kind and always make me feel at ease – this is a big thing for me as I tend to suffer from crippling anxiety most of the time. The dentist I have been assigned to — Jordan — and his assistant (forgive me, I cannot recall her name but will remedy that upon my next visit) have been, quite honestly, the most unbelievably awesome people I’ve encountered for a long while. From the moment I met them, up until my last appointment yesterday, they have treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. They have shown a level of kindness (not to mention professionalism) beyond almost anything I’ve experienced from a healthcare team before; and I’ve known a lot of healthcare teams over the past few years. I simply cannot praise them enough.
The surgery itself is modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with all manner of hi-tech gadgets that make the procedures a lot more fun (well, as fun as a dentist procedure can be!) and relaxing.
If you reside within the area and are searching for a dentist — especially if you suffer from anxiety like me — be thoroughly rest assured these are the people to visit. I cannot say enough good things about them.

As much as I hate a trip to the dentist, I do feel that my dentist does consider my points of view and feelings and more importantly, gives me the time to discuss things fully. I never feel rushed or unheard. Thanks guys. You're a great team.

PS. Remove the silly plastic screens at front desk. It's not a very nice first impression to be made to feel like you're some kind of prisoner or a zombie. They don't work anyway. They do not prevent viral transmission and you aren't a police front des. It's the only reason you didn't get 5 stars today.

New patient check up today. Dentist was great, happy to answer questions and clear with follow-up treatment. Reception staff also amazing. Ready to listen and sort out whatever problem was presented.😍

My dental check up was very professional and friendly - we even had a fire alarm during my visit and the whole staff dealt with this calmly and efficiently! My dentist, Chris, was very good.

I had my regular hygienist appointment with Amy this morning. She is always so friendly and reassuring. Today I had a new treatment with the new water pressure jet and I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t had a treatment with it before. Amy explained the process before she started and answered all my questions immediately putting my mind at ease. Amy and her dental nurse staff are always so professional, nothing is too much trouble and I always come out of the chair feeling like my teeth are super clean. Amy is the best hygienist I have ever used and I can’t speak highly enough of her.

Relaxed , able to discuss in confidence as am a deaf person and the dentist is so clear to lipread which makes it important for me to know how my dental check up has gone

Having had the enamel on my bridge breaking off leaving sharp edges I was given an appointment within 24 hours.
The dentist sorted out the issue and detailed my options for a full resolution.
