Amazing
My Dentist Ryanna Patel is amazing ! I’ve had a severe phobia of dentists since I was a child and along with her brilliant dental nurse they work very hard to keep me calm and focused. Always with a smile, giving me constant information on the procedure and willing to stop when I get anxious. Lovely calming music in the background as well. Thank you for your kindness and support

Hygienist appointment
This was my three-monthly appointment with the hygienist. Over the last ten or so years, she has been improving the health of my mouth, both by working on it herself and by teaching me how to improve my toothbrushing routine. She has a calm, professional manner, which sets me at my ease. She is also very thorough in enquiring about matters of general health. I appreciate the thoroughness with which information about my mouth was being articulated, with the nurse writing it down and the hygienist simultaneously explaining the implications to me. I also appreciate very much that the hygienist, knowing that I strongly dislike the ultrasonic descaler, has been willing to see me more often than previously, and to use a mixture of airflow and hand-scaling. Her work is done with sensitivity: she has never once hurt me, in all the years I have been her patient.

Caring and understanding
The receptionists are welcoming when you book in. Both hygienist (Amy) and dentist ( Ryanna) are caring and understanding and make you feel comfortable.
