The receptionists, dental nurses, dentists and hygienists are all warm, welcoming and professional people. This really makes a difference to dental visits for our family. My dentist, Chris Chan-Yau, always explains everything so well and is considerate and gentle.

Absolutely over the moon with the service I received. Kate the Hygienist carried out a wonderful job and advised me accordingly. I then saw Jordan the Dentist who was also fantastic really put me at ease with the advice he gave me - I was especially nervous as I've had dental work abroad. It was great to see both the Hygienist and Dentist on a Saturday. Receptionist (forgot her name so sorry) was wonderful too. Found my Dentist for life!!!

Very satisfied with every aspect of Parma. The receptionists are lovely and very friendly, and do all they can to assist. The surgery is very well equipped with modern and up to date equipment, and the dentist extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to explain everything in detail. The same goes for the nurses. Mine and my Wife’s dentist is Nisha, and we both recommend her and the practice overall without any hesitation .

Tonya and all the receptionists have been very helpful and friendly in making appointments for me.
Kanusha was very helpful and professional in replacing a crown for me this week and in giving me advice.
I made an appointment this week with Embeth the hygienist who has a Nurse Assistant...Holly....The treatment and care I received was first class. Embeth explains everything that she is doing very clearly and checks with you many times during the procedure that you are ok.
The practice has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean.

Friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating. Always a pleasure visiting. They take the fear away from the profession with the way they care about their patients. I had an awful experience with another surgery and was scrambling to find another place to go. They welcomed me and my family with open arms and i wish i had been able to be with them sooner.
