Satisfied with the care and attention
I attended my regular hygenist appointment with Amy who was, as always, very meticulous and professional. She carried out a thorough clean and gave me guidance on how to improve my technique. I was very satisfied with the care and attention she gave.

My experience
I had a wisdom tooth removed today. The surgeon was very good but I waited over an hour for my appointment. From what she told me, there were only 3 cases that morning and I was the third. I can understand that some cases might be more complex, so over-running may be inevitable. Just a suggestion but why not space the appointments out a bit more as I believe the second patient was also waiting for a considerable period also.

Clearly explained
The whole experience of the assessment and plan outcome was clearly explained to me. I did not feel rushed and was warmly welcomed by the reception staff and Dr Christopher and his dental Assistant. First impressions count a lot for me. Professional, stressless, calm, confidence in staff & dentist.

Very efficient and gentle dentist. Last time I did have to wait for my daughter in reception and overheard them saying my name in what I had booked up which was a hygienist. I actually had to cancel this and get my Deposit back as £95 was a bit steep for me at this time. They wasn’t that happy about this, but they did do it. This time I felt totally cared for and my visit was well worthwhile, once again the dentist was efficient and gentle and reception staff were very helpful. Totally recommend this Dentist
