Helpfulness and professionalism of receptionist, dentist and dental nurse.
After arriving early (due to lack of traffic) we were booked in, and called in before the appointment time.
Teeth checked and a filling done, then 6 month appointments made and all before the original time.

I have mobility problems, every care and consideration was given to accommodate this.
