My experience
No one on reception when I arrived. Dentist thought I had turned up for a check up and not an emergency appointment so no one had passed this information on. Got to go back now for a filling as no one told me the tooth has to be assessed first.

Extraction
On arrival he had to ask me what I was there for, when I had already seen him to arrange the procedure, the nurse was very attentive, half way through we decided to go for extraction of 2 teeth, 1 came out ok but second seemed to cause him some trouble and said he might have to refer me to hospital but he did persevere and after 85 minutes in the chair from the start he had finished, the nurse gave me a mirror and wet cloth to clean my face up of blood, not the best of experiences.

Firstly - friendly, efficient telephone manner. Was seen promptly; then in the surgery again a friendly, kind dentist and assistant. I like this Dental Practice very much and have been attending for years. The premises seems to have had a recent makeover and is clean and tidy. Impressed, thank you !

A deep clean of teeth.
This was a deep clean of my teeth and gum line at the end of a course of treatment. Hopefully it will help to prevent or at least reduce further problems. As usual the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
