My experience

I didn't give 5 stars because every single time I travel 1hr 20mins and stress my way through traffic to get to my appointment in time or earlier, I am always left to wait at least 20mins in the waiting room every single time; even when I witness the staff walking about chatting. I am then approx 8mins in the chair then I'm out, back to my 1hr 20min journey back home. Bit unfair to keep doing that to me; it isnt a one off and the fact I have such a journey to get there in time is the reason why this 20min wait in reception (watching others come in after me get served first by other dentists) that this resonates with me.
