Friendly receptionist, overall a pleasant experience.

Very professional and explained things thoroughly. Extremely kind and reassuring.

The receptionist was really friendly and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and she had a lovely smile and she felt very welcoming. The dentist (Miss Amar) has always been friendly and always greets us with a big smile. She remembers us by name and face and always asks how were doing. She is very professional and seems to be very knowledgeable and always reassures me and answers my questions or concerns. I have been under this dentist for quite some years and she has been brilliant and very thorough. When I was pregnant I had quite a few problems and my teeth were a real pain. My dentist tried to extract a bad tooth with my consent but even though she wasn't too keen on performing the extraction because I had begged her to try because it was going to mean another trip up to the hospital. She started the extraction but it was too painful for me and Miss Amar did not want to risk giving me any further anaesthetic whilst I was pregnant. So I was referred to the emergency oral surgery and they were happy to carry out the extraction and they were able to give me more anaesthetic. So I was very impressed that Miss Amar was extra cautious and she didn't feel safe giving me any more anaesthetic. Overall, as a family of 4, we have always been extremely happy and impressed with the service we receive and as I said, we have been with Lincoln Dental Practice for quite a few years now and we have had the same dentist, Miss Amar since the first time we came. So we are very happy with the overall experience. Please let Miss Amar know how much she is appreciated because we really do feel very welcome and the kids love her! Thank you so much, I believe you deserve to be thanked if you've made people happy because people are very quick to make a complaint if something is wrong or a mistake is made but people don't praise the people that deserve to be praised enough, so I'd like everyone at Lincoln Dental Practice to be thanked for being an amazing, friendly team and Miss Amar, she really has been amazing, ever since our very first appointment. Thank you guys!

Very Nervous on yet another Visit to the Dentist , But has always I had No Need , 4 Injections never felt any and All over without any Pain , Thank You So Much , you was Wonderful 👍😊
